When searching for a Home Inspector I am certain you have seen the wording “purchasing a home is one of the largest investments a person will ever make”. Or perhaps you have been presented with an impressive list of licenses and certifications on brochures or web sites. Or a picture of a happy family standing outside of a house. I have some of the same. So how do you decide which inspector to choose if they all have the same information? Perhaps it is by price, perhaps by availability, perhaps by location.

While those are important factors, I believe that when you choose a Home Inspector you should feel that your interest are being watched out for. That the inspection is being performed as if for a family member or a friend. That you should be able to approach the inspector with any questions you might have, even after the inspection.
